The Silver Tsunami is a weekly commentary publication written by Eric Pacifici and Kevin Henderson, the co-founders of SMB Law Group, and produced alongside their weekly podcast.

The name comes from the backdrop of this era: the largest transfer of wealth and business ownership in American history, a phrase Eric coined and a story this publication returns to every week in one short section.
